(a) No Sir, no discrepancies have been found in data of employment and self-employment of skilled youth being presented under skill development training.

(b) Under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) (2016-20), funds amounting to Rs. 6,221.39 Cr. have been released to implementing agencies i.e. National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and States/Union Territories/State Skill Development Missions for the implementation of the scheme.

(d) Under PMKVY (2016-20), penalty grid has been formulated for taking action against erring / non compliant training centres. Based on the penalty grid, NSDC has suspended training centres for non-compliance of PMKVY guidelines on multiple parameters and periodically publishes the list of such suspended centres on PMKVY website. As on 13.01.2020, 304 Training Centres/Training Partners have been suspended across different locations.
