Social activities: Took part in Students' movements; organised night schools for children and adults; worked among the Harijans, tribals and other socially backward people for their uplift; helped Community Development Blocks in their developmental activities, particularly in the fields of agriculture, cottage industries, Panchayati Raj, Cooperatives and family planning; also worked for prohibition and in the movements against purdah and prostitution.
Favourite pastime and recreation: Reading, walking, games, light music and discussions on current topics.
Special interests: Uplift of backward classes and rural uplift.
Publications: was Editor, 'Adhikar' (a weekly published From Bharatpur).
