Etawah; President, D.C.C., Etawah, 1967-71; Member, U.P.C.C; General Secretary, District Depressed Classes League, Etawah; was Member of the Lucknow University Court; Vice-President, Janta Inter College and Janta Degree College, Backerwar (Etawah); Member, Central Advisory Board for Harijan Welfare; Member, U.P.
