Social activities:  Worked hard for the upliftment of backward classes and villagers right from student life; made efforts for the removal of social evils and orthodoxy in non-violent manner, collected donations for the people affected by floods in North Bihar; Working for the success of 20-Point Programme.

Favourite pastime and recreation:  Writing, reading and singing rural classical religious songs and getting justice to rural poor through nonviolent methods.

Special  interests:  Quick disposal of letters; playing with children; spinning of cotton and different types of Charkha; reading literature on Gandhi.

Publications:  "Jeeno Do" released by late Prime Minister, Smt. Indira Gandhi on July 26, 1984, "Ashprashyata-—Hindu Samaj Ka Kalank Hai" and several articles published in monthly magazine Record and Career.

Sports and clubs:  Volley-ball and Football.

Travels abroad:  Nepal, Romania, U.S.S.R. and Italy.
