Social activities.—Secretary, (i) Students' Association, Gorakhpur, 1926-28, (ii) Sir Sunder Lal Hostel, Allahabad University, 1929-30; organised Youth League, Naujawan Bharat Sabha, Allahabad, and U.P. Provincial Youth League and was Member of its Executive Committee for five terms.
